We aim to provide our clients with the best job possible in order to satisfy them. As a result, we are aware that not all clients must be satisfied with the work that was initially done for them. We offer options for having the work changed as a result. The specifics of our modification policies are listed below. We strongly advise you to thoroughly consider them prior to making an order with us. It will be assumed that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of our terms whenever you place an order
- Each and every instruction and piece of knowledge must be provided at the moment the order is placed. The organisation shall not be held responsible if any discrepancies occur as a consequence of instructions being received after their due date
- Only if the directions given at the time the order was placed were not followed, are unlimited changes possible
- All additional work will demand payment; the amount will vary depending on the type of work and the date it is done. All instructions that were not provided at the beginning will not be taken into consideration or executed as part of the revision
- Customers who buy between 250 and 5000 words have 15 days after their order is delivered to ask for a revision. Any alterations made beyond this point will be charged as well
- Orders with a 48-hour deadline have a deadline of 24 hours after the publishing of the revision request, whereas orders with a 24-hour deadline have a window for submitting any changes between 8 and 12 hours after the revision request was posted
- For orders between 5000 and 9750 words, revision requests must be received within three days of the request being posted
- The timeframe for providing any changes for orders of 10,000 words or more is 5-7 days after the revision request is made
- Sundays and official holidays are not days for alterations of any kind
